XtremeMac announced the Soma Travel, a portable stereo speaker dock for iPod, iPhone or iPad for music anytime/anywhere — no batteries or AC adapter required. The unit is powered by the docked Apple device. The company says this small but mighty dock features big stereo sound, in a compact design with a push-in/push-out case-friendly dock and swing out legs for maximum stability.
The Soma Travel has just three button on the top left of the device — on/off, volume up, and volume down. With no wires its easy to use, but its lack of charging capability may turn away potential buyers.
