VIZIO, America’s HDTV and Consumer Electronics Company, launches the VL and VT Series, enhancing the performance of Full HD 1080p LCD HDTVs with 120Hz Smooth Motion II™ technology. The VL Series consists of four new models ranging from 32″ to 47″ (VL320M, VL370M, VL420M, and VL470M). The VT Series consists of three new models ranging from 37″ to 47″ (VT420M, and VT470M).
Each model in the VL and VT Series incorporates VIZIO’s Smooth Motion II™ technology that refreshes motion picture images at twice the speed of standard 60Hz models, eliminating blur from fast-action movie sequences. VIZIO’s Mega Dynamic Contrast Ratio™ increases overall contrast ratio and picture quality, especially in brightly lit rooms. The resulting contrast ratio rivals the performance of the best plasma displays.

The VL Series features SRS Labs TruSurround HD™, which uses a suite of processes to optimize the low frequency performance for cleaner bass tones, ensure crisp and intelligible dialog, while creating a realistic surround sound effect. The larger VL420M and VL470M models also incorporate SRS Lab’s latest innovation, TruVolume HD™, which allows customers to set their volume level at a pre-defined position and regardless of content, there are no annoying volume fluctuations. The VT Series employs SRS TruSurround XT for improved audio performance and life-like surround sound.
Each model is outfitting with multiple HDMI inputs for maximum connectivity with DVD/Blu-ray players, digital cable and satellite set-top boxes, gaming consoles, and HD camcorders. The Game Port on the side of the set provides several inputs (including HDMI) for fast, easy connection of portable devices.
VIZIO guarantees zero bright pixel defects for the duration of the limited one-year warranty on all their products. Additionally, they provide free one-year on-site service and lifetime technical support.
