New VX PP-KT88/C Amp Delivers Dynamic, Crystal-Clear Audio with the Emotional Presence of Live Performances

The VX PP-KT88/C Amplifier is a superb example of VEXO’s products, which are characterized by exclusive designs, the best valves on the market, and exceptional build quality and performance. The VX PP-KT88/C drives 45 Watts for each of two channels. Key features include Class A single-ended, ultra-linear configurations, and transformers with grain-oriented cores and multilayer windings for the output stage. Its eight-valve valve array includes four KT88 and four 5814A tubes. Fixed Bias polarization allows the accurate, independent adjustment of every valve’s bias current to set the best operating point, and a bias board on the rear panel makes it easy to control and adjust the amplifier during valve replacement. 
The VX PP-KT88/C’s power section includes one very low-leakage flux toroidal transformer and self-standing LRC filters for the left/right channels. The amplifier’s unusually strong frame is the result of a harmonious blend of advanced production processes, including laser-cut metal sheets with a minimum thickness of 15/10, and traditional processes, such as manually finishing the stainless steel elements to a mirror-like sheen.
The VX PP-KT88/C’s sturdy base incorporates anti-vibration elements to minimize disturbances, and a removable matte-black safety guard. A pair of ALPS, blue series L/R potentiometers on the front allows simultaneous control of the volume and the balancing. The combination of the potentiometers and a CD/TUNER/AUX input selector make the amplifier a complete component, with no need for accessories.
