THIEL Hires First Rep Firm

THIEL PRESS RELEASE

THIEL Enlists Independent Sales Reps for Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia

February 1st, 2008 (Lexington, KY) — U.S. loudspeaker company THIEL Audio (www.thielaudio.com), has reached an agreement with its first ever independent sales rep firm, The Performance Group. Based in Powell, OH, The Performance Group will cover Ohio, West Virginia and western Pennsylvania for THIEL.

“Our objective is to grow our business with existing dealers in the region while strategically adding supplemental distribution,” explained THIEL’s director of sales, Ken Dawkins. THIEL will rely on The Performance Group to be their eyes and ears in the territory, train and educate dealers, and provide an exceptional level of customer service. “It is our belief that a good rep firm is an extension of an existing internal sales strategy,” Dawkins added.

“The Performance Group is honored to represent a brand like THIEL that has earned such a long legacy of positive achievement,” stated Performance Group principal Craig Otter. “Our company has been around for 25 years and we have always been associated with premium manufacturers. Like THIEL, our organization has become known for exceptional customer service; I believe that THIEL and The Performance Group will work in perfect synergy together. We are very excited to work with Ken, Kathy, Jim, and the entire team at THIEL,” Otter added.

Dawkins added, “We are counting on The Performance Group to deliver excellent service to dealers through consultative relationships and to be available as a resource throughout the territory. Please join me in welcoming The Performance Group.”
