SnapAV, a manufacturer and exclusive source of more than 800 high-quality solutions for the custom A/V channel in the US and Canada, today introduced its latest solution – the AniWareBox series of compact-sized Digital Video / Audio over Cat-5 baluns.

The durable, low profile metal case (measures less than 1-inch tall) of the AniWareBox (pronounced “anywhere”) makes it easily adaptable to in-wall, on-wall and rack-mount installations. To blend with home decor, each includes a white and light almond single gang decora wall plate and insert.

The AniWareBox is available in single and multiple Component Video / HD Audio (or Analog Audio) variations (including kits). Each is capable of sending high-definition signals up to 350 feet without signal degradation, and under certain conditions as far as 500 feet. The AniWareBox baluns do not require a power supply.

“SnapAV’s AniWareBox is a win for installers on many levels – not only is it a one-stop solution for all types of applications, it also saves the dealer from having to order a variety of baluns,” says SnapAV founder and president Jay Faison.

The AniWareBox is sold under SnapAV’s Binary brand of wire, cable and accessories. Shipping to dealers now, the AniWareBox is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. MSRP ranges from $99 to $129 depending on model.
