Siltech Signature Diamond Five and Six

The Netherlands – May 2004 – Siltech introduces the Diamond Five and the Diamond Six Signatures series multi-channel interconnects. The Diamond Five and Diamond Six are the perfect solution for music lovers who want to enjoy their multi-channel Super Audio CD’s and DVD Audio discs to their full potential.

Signature Generation Six
The Diamond Six and Diamond Five cables are members of Siltech’s state-of-the-art Signature series. Engineered to achieve the highest performance attainable, using Siltech’s Generation 6 silver-gold conductors, and the ultra low noise Micro Technology construction with Kapton as the dielectric. This makes the Diamond Six and Diamond Five particularly immune to cross talk, EM, and RF interference.

With the advent of the latest high-resolution multi-channel audio formats (SACD & DVD-Audio), the importance of the quality of all the channels in a multi-channel system has dramatically increased. SACD and DVD-Audio provide the listener with audio quality that far surpasses that of CD. These new high-resolution multi-channel sources demand the use of the best cables available for all of the channels.

Multi-channel surround sound systems require five or six interconnects from the player to the preamplifier, then five or six additional interconnects to the amplifier. This greatly increases the cost, and usually results in wire runs that can resemble a rat’s nest. Siltech’s Diamond Five and Diamond Six interconnects offer an elegant and cost effective solution that provides the performance that the new high-resolution multi-channel formats demand.
