CHICAGO, IL — January 25, 2007 — Peerless Industries, Inc., the industry leader in professional-grade audio/visual mounting solutions, today announced the promotion of Vlad Gleyzer from Vice President of Product Development to the newly-created position of Senior Vice President. Mr. Gleyzer will lead all day-to-day operations at Peerless.
Peerless also announced the appointment of Ralph Kuprewicz as Vice President, Product Development. Mr. Kuprewicz will be responsible for product development and quality control. He brings extensive engineering and product design expertise to Peerless Industries.
Vlad Gleyzer has held various leadership positions at Peerless over the past 14 years. He has played an integral role throughout the company’s manufacturing, product design and marketing departments.
