Designed to Look Like a Frog with an OLED Display, Unit Will Add Plenty of Green

Nextar™, a designer and marketer of bold and new consumer electronic products with mass appeal, is set to introduce an MP3 player that is sure to have sales jumping. Its new ‘Ribbit™’ MP3 player (MA589) with durable OLED display looks like a huggable, lovable little frog. The Ribbit supports both MP3 and WMA files and has voice-recording capability and comes in green, pink, black and blue. Nextar will feature the unit at the upcoming 2009 CES in booth South 3 31753.

“Our newest MP3 player is sure to be both an audio and visual treat,” commented Eddy Zheng, Nextar founder. “With its cute looks and economical price, it makes an excellent impulse item that can be used as a gift or kept for personal use.”

The ‘Ribbit’ features an eight-mode equalizer with normal, rock, pop, classical, bass, jazz, soft, and SRS WOW; five play modes including normal, repeat one, repeat all, folder, and repeat folder; seven language support including English, Spanish, Chinese Simplified, German, Italian, Portuguese, and French; play-list function; and a high-speed USB 2.0 interface.

Its futuristic, low-voltage, low power-consuming OLED (organic light emitting diodes) display is easily viewable from unlimited angles. It provides brighter, clearer images and faster response time than most other display technologies.

Power is provided by a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery, which is included. A fully charged battery provides up to six hours of continuous playback. It is fully upgradeable to any future formats and features. Accessories included earphone, USB cable, Lithium-Ion battery, and installation CD. It is packaged in a ready-for-display, eye-catching colorful blister tube.
