Major Overhaul Makes LibertyCable.com Easier to Navigate and Use, Saving Clients Time and Enhancing Their Competitiveness and Profits

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, May 5, 2009 — Liberty Wire & Cable, worldwide supplier of a broad range of wire and cable products for the audio/video trade, including custom installers and systems integrators, has launched a major new version of its Web site at LibertyCable.com.

Significantly upgraded from its earlier version, LibertyCable.com has been designed as a user-friendly, recession-fighting tool designed to save customers time, effort and money while at the same time increasing their ability to manage projects online. “Liberty’s investment in the Web site reflects our commitment to the A/V marketplace by helping our customers become more profitable and more competitive,” said Liberty President John Dace.

The new Web site’s improvements are broad and varied. The site is much simpler to use, and features attractive streamlined graphics that enhance legibility. Navigation is also easier and faster, and rotating banners offer special money-saving product promotions available only online.

Kirk Horlbeck, Liberty Senior Vice President of Marketing, said that “Our Web site now offers detailed specification sheets for Liberty’s 7,000-plus residential and commercial wire and cable products, all of which are easily available and downloadable,” and added “without the need for visitors to register.”

Customers can now track billable materials online, get price quotes, pay online, and fully manage projects and accounts. White Papers, other technical documents, How-To videos, and tools like a Conduit Calculator are easily available for reference and use. In addition, Liberty’s PanelCrafters division is now fully integrated into the site, making it easier for customers to order from a vast array of standard wall plates, or to design custom plates for every job.
