Four new AV Multimedia head units with new technologies and enhanced connectivity
JVC Mobile Entertainment will release two new double-din receivers in 2010, including the KW-AVX830 DVD/CD/USB receiver. The KW-AVX830 receiver features a 7-inch motorized widescreen touch panel display, proximity sensor and detachable face. The unit includes built-in Bluetooth wireless technology, USB 2.0 port for 2-way iPod/iPhone control and is HD and SAT ready. The KW-AVX830 is WAV/MP3/WMA compatible, and features a 7-band iEQ, MOS-FET 50 watts x 4, Three sets of 5V pre-outs, subwoofer control and a wireless remote. The receiver is $649.95 and will be available for shipping in March.
JVC KW-AVX793
Also new to the 2010 line is the Arsenal KW-AVX793. The KW-AVX793 DVD/CD/USB receiver features a proximity sensor and a fully detachable motorized 7-inch widescreen touch panel display. The unit is Bluetooth ready, via the KS-BTA200 adapter and features a USB 2.0 port for 2-way iPod control. The KW-AVX793 is HD and SAT ready, and WAV/MP3/WMA compatible. The unit also features MOS-FET 50 watts x 4, 3 sets of 5V pre-outs, Dolby Digital, wireless remote, and 2-year warranty. The receiver is available for shipping in March with an MSRP of $549.95.
JVC KW-AVX720
Returning from 2009 is the KW-AVX720 DVD/CD/USB receiver with proximity sensor and 7-inch widescreen touch panel display. The unit is Bluetooth ready, and features a USB 2.0 port for 2-way iPod control. The KW-AVX720 is HD and SAT ready, WAV/MP3/WMA compatible, and features a 7-band IEQ. The unit also features MOS-FET 50 watts x 4, Dolby Digital and a wireless remote. The receiver is currently shipping with an MSRP of $499.95.
JVC KD-AVX77
The single-din El Kameleon KD-AVX77 receiver, winner of the 2009 Best of Innovations award, features an 5.4″ ultra-wide monitor that can display ratios up to 3:32:1. The unit includes built-in Bluetooth with high-quality wired microphone, and is ready for HD and Satellite radio. The KD-AVX77 features USB 2.0 for 2-way iPod/iPhone control, Dolby Digital 5.1 surround decoder and a high-quality DVD pickup & mechanism. The EL Kameleon KD-AVX77 Receiver is available now for an MSRP of $599.95.
