With over 100 hours battery life, extended screen size and excellent portability, the iriver Story is perfect for book lovers, business travellers, holiday makers and comic fans. Capable of storing 1,600 books internally, the ultra-light iriver Story weighs just 280 grams and packs enough power to keep readers busy for over a week without having to recharge.
The generous six-inch screen uses E-ink film display technology making the e-book easy to read both day and night, with a multi-format reader that allows users to view a range of documents including ePub, PDFs and Microsoft Office documents. The iriver Story is the only e-book reader with a comic book viewing mode; it also allows portable, high-quality viewing of digital photos and it supports multimedia, enabling MP3 voice recording and playback of MP3 and WMA audio files and audio books.
The iriver Story has a big appetite for books with an internal memory housing 1,600 novels — the highest capacity in its class — this can be supplemented with up to 6,400 additional books (up to 16GB) through its built-in SDHC / SD port.
