FOTONATION ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF KOREA-BASED SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Galway, February 22, 2006 — FotoNation, one of the world’s leading imaging and connectivity solutions companies for the digital photography industry, today announced the appointment of its Korea-based Sales Representative, Mr. Michael Kim, President of Infrabank Ltd.

Headquartered in Seoul, Korea, Infrabank is a solutions provider for mobile carriers, such as SK Telecom, KTF, LG Telecom and mobile device manufacturers, such as Samsung, LG, PanTech, VK and Motorola Korea, among others.

“Korea is home to many of the world’s leading digital-imaging companies, whether digital camera companies, mobile telephony or display,” said Eran Steinberg, CEO, Fotonation. “Infrabank is ideally positioned to assist FotoNation to develop and strengthen its relations with existing and future customers in this highly respected territory within the imaging industry.
