Enclosed in a black and silver case, it features Epson's C2Fine chip set for higher contrast of up to 50,000:1 for amazing color and detail. The projector features an exclusive Dynamic Iris system which also contributes to the improvement in contrast by controlling light on a frame-by-frame basis at up to 60 times per second. In addition, the Pro Cinema 9350 offers higher brightness of up to 2,000 lumens color and white light output.

Epson Pro Cinema 9700 UB
As the step-up model, the Pro Cinema 9700 UB adds several technology enhancements, making it the ultimate solution in image quality for custom installers. It features a dual-layered auto-iris to control light reduction rates more effectively, as well as Epson's D7 chip set and UltraBlack technology to produce superb black levels and vivid images. And with brightness of 1,600 lumens color and white light output, the projector delivers deep blacks and crystal clear detail.

The Pro Cinema 9700 UB also offers Epson's Super-resolution technology for enhanced picture quality and FineFrame technology for smoother frame interpolation, sharper video quality and the elimination of judder. The projector also includes a built-in Silicon Optix HQV Reon-VX video processor and PW390 scaler to ensure a smoother picture. In addition, the Pro Cinema 9700 UB offers pre-set color space selection to set color gamut according to geography and source material and is now usable with two types of anamorphic lenses (fixed and movable sled) to project true 2.35:1 and 2.40:1 widescreen images without black bars above and below the picture.
