Dialogic Receives 2007 Frost & Sullivan Market Leadership Award

Dialogic Honored as Market Leader in the Global Media Processing Enabling Technology Segment

Parsippany, N.J. April 17, 2007– Dialogic Corporation (“Dialogic”), a global provider of world-class products and technologies for media and signal processing, announced today that it is the recipient of the 2007 Frost & Sullivan Market Leadership Award. In providing Dialogic with the award, Frost & Sullivan, a global growth consulting company, recognizes Dialogic’s significant accomplishments as the world market share leader for a number of consecutive years, in the media processing enabling technology market segment. The award signifies that Dialogic has excelled in all areas of market leadership including the identification of market challenges, drivers and restraints, as well as strategy development and methods of addressing these market dynamics.

The Frost & Sullivan Market Leadership Award is given to the company that has exhibited market share leadership through the implementation of a consistent and innovative market strategy. To choose the recipient of this award, Frost & Sullivan analysts track competitor revenue and market share within the industry and then rank and compare the competitors for market position. The award recipient has continually demonstrated an ability to closely monitor market changes and implement superior market strategies accordingly.

“Dialogic has shown an impressive ability to identify growth opportunities, as well as a clear strategy that promises to keep the company on a successful growth path and preserve its dominance in the market,” said Elka Popova, Global Program Director, Frost & Sullivan. “Dialogic captured more than 30% of the global media processing enabling technology market revenues in 2006 and we believe that the company’s diverse portfolio, global foothold, strong brand, large installed customer base and skilled professional services group will help Dialogic maintain this position.”

The award given by Frost and Sullivan highlights Dialogic’s ability to repeatedly be the first to market with commercially viable technologies. With its new multimedia ATCA platform, Dialogic is one of the first vendors to introduce a commercial-grade product to the market. The company is leveraging standard protocols for session and media control, and the availability of IP and PSTN interfaces for easy integration between the technology and existing infrastructure. According to Frost & Sullivan, this platform is vital to the service provider market because Dialogic is able to modify core algorithms through software-only revisions.

In providing this award Frost & Sullivan recognizes Dialogic’s competitiveness in the enabling technology market both in terms of products and marketing strategies. In January 2007, Dialogic launched the Dialogic Partner Program designed to help customers shorten time-to-market and expand within market segments and in February 2007, Dialogic launched the Dialogic Pro Support Services designed to enhance Dialogic’s cutting edge support offerings. In February 2007, the company announced the availability of seven media boards compatible with PCI Express bus architecture.

“We are honored to receive this award. We are delighted that a global leader like Frost & Sullivan has confirmed that we are succeeding in our goal to enable system integrators and solution developers to stay on track with their development efforts and applications and assisting them to apply these solutions within our next-generation technology,” said Nick Jensen, CEO of Dialogic. “We are committed to delivering solutions that help service providers and enterprises balance legacy TDM-based infrastructure and also migrate to IP, IMS, video and wireless.”
