With this system, listeners can even enjoy breathtaking surround sound with Dolby Virtual Speaker, another signal processing technology that delivers 5.1-channel surround sound from just two speakers. In case there is a need for additional bass, the system may be upgraded to 2.1 channels by attaching a subwoofer to the available pre-out port.

Next to the versatile connectivity and the extraordinary sound quality, the new mini system shines with hardly any set-up requirements and easy operation. You just connect the receiver to the speakers and the show begins. The D-X1000BD detects every media automatically and automatically selects the optimum playback mode, meaning total convenience. I have one of these Denon DX 1000 units, it really is a superb piece of equipment. Excellent picture quality, easy on screen display, so powerful i haven’t taken it past half power, amazing speakers, very high quality construction and above all probably the most detailed and rich sound I have ever heard from such a small system. I am incredibly happy with this system and very much recommend it to anyone looking for a compact system with serious hi fi sound!!!

Hi Simon, How does the music sound on this set. Is playing music something it also does or is it really that good? I need a new dvd player and a new stereo set, so why not mix them together… But I want the music to be of good quality. Thanks for your reply.

Martijn this system is stunning, fantastic video, great osd and playing music is a joy. It has incredible top end, rich midrange, amazingly deep and tight bass. It is very powerful and the sound is audiophile quality.
I hear things in music Ive never heard before, it’s quite mind blowing to hear such a small system rock my whole house with the most detailed and real life sound Ive ever heard. The speakers are top quality and can handle the power with ease.
Highly recommended, this system rocks big time and will absolutely blow you away. I think this is the best all in one integrated mini blu ray hifi system money can buy.
