Datacolor launches its latest professional-level tool for dealers to ensure optimized television and video viewing, Datacolor ISFC3 Toolkit.  This integrated hardware-software color calibration and correction product targets high-end videophiles, custom design and installation specialists. The proprietary application is now implemented in support of leading television manufacturers including Pioneer’s Elite PureVision plasma televisions.

Thoroughly integrated with Imaging Science Foundation’s (ISF) Certified Calibration Controls (C3) functionality, ISFC3 Toolkit offers leading manufacturers, like Pioneer, an exceptional tool to facilitate ISF display calibration without the challenges of previous methods.  It delivers award-winning color calibration, facilitating easy and efficient ISFC3 calibration across all media, ensuring customers the finest viewing experience.

“Pioneer has a successful history of adopting cutting-edge technologies as they become viable tools to enhance our customers’ viewing experience.  The new Datacolor ISFC3 Toolkit is an excellent example. Dealers have easy access to a proven adjustment technology as this calibration tool is now embedded into our Elite displays,” said Paul Meyhoefer, vice president of displays at Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc.

Datacolor ISFC3 Toolkit ships with world acclaimed breakthrough Spyder2 colorimeter technology. A PC based program offers feature-rich remote access far beyond user display controls as well as direct integration with the ISFC3 application itself.  This powerful remote access is designed for safety, as well; it prevents end-users from accessing areas of the display intended for professionals only.

“Our technology exists to ensure customer viewing satisfaction in digital media with accurate color that meets industry standards as defined by the Imaging Science Foundation. We are extremely pleased that the ISFC3 Toolkit is now available with Pioneer Elite, a name known throughout the world for possessing the best overall picture quality for home theater,” says Datacolor Home Theater Product Manager Basak Atilgan.
