(“Brightpoint”) has launched an aftermarket accessory business in the United States with accessories from foneGEAR. Pursuant to a distribution agreement with foneGEAR, Brightpoint will be the exclusive distributor of foneGEAR branded wireless accessories to traditional wireless sales channels such as mobile operators, dealers and agents. Brightpoint will also provide foneGEAR with inventory management and fulfillment services for foneGEAR’s sales of wireless accessories to mass retailers and non-wireless sales channels. The foneGEAR accessory offering includes a wide range of wireless accessories in patented and customizable retail packaging.
