AVAD Signs Agreement with Visual Reality, U.S. Distributors of Screen Goo –The Paint-On Projection Screen

Nation’s Premier Home Technology Distributor Adds “Projection Screen in Liquid Form” to Roster of Home Entertainment Offerings

Van Nuys, Calif. — July 10, 2006 — AVAD, LLC, America’s leading distributor of custom installation products, announced today it has entered into a national distribution agreement with Visual Reality, Inc., U.S. distributors of the Goo Systems product line, which includes Screen Goo, a unique acrylic paint that transforms any surface into a high-performance projection screen.

This relationship is a result of Visual Reality’s desire to expand Goo Systems’ reach within the fast-growing custom installation market, which AVAD can provide thanks to the distributor’s network of 8,000 custom integrators and expanding locations nationwide.

AVAD will serve as a supply chain provider to distribute Goo Systems products, creating a go-to market plan that focuses efforts locally to build brand presence among Electronic System Contractors across the United States. In addition, AVAD will provide dealers with Goo Systems product training, complete technical support and fast and easy inventory access for more responsive customer service, improved turns and higher profits.

“This latest addition to the AVAD catalog is a fine example of a product that maximizes convenience for everyone,” said Bob Gartland, president of AVAD. “We’re pleased to offer this unique solution to our dealers and arm them with viable alternatives to offer their clients.”

AVAD dealers will benefit from Goo Systems’ entry into the AVAD product line up because the brand provides a unique projection screen solution that allows for the ultimate in customization. AVAD integrators now have the freedom to install a projection screen of almost any size imaginable, ranging from custom shapes to extremely large screens, at a significantly lower cost than traditional screens.

“Our new relationship with AVAD will ensure ample local product availability and will make it easier for us to manage sales in regional markets,” said Windsor Webber, vice-president, sales and marketing of Visual Reality, Inc. “Additionally, we trust AVAD to distribute our products because the company’s support system and product training are second to none.”
