AVAD Gives Away Nearly $50,000 in Prizes at CEDIA EXPO 2007

Van Nuys, Calif. — September 17, 2007 — AVAD, LLC, America’s leading distributor of custom home electronics products, announced the winners of nearly $50,000 in prizes that the company gave out at CEDIA EXPO 2007. The sought after prizes came from the most well-known and respected brands in the AV industry and included flat-panel, high-definition televisions from Samsung and Sharp, a Motion52 motorized TV wall-mount from OmniMount, a variety of high-end universal remote controls from Remote Technologies, Inc., an RCC Six Hundred loudspeaker with amplifier from Artison and even component accessories such as CAT-5 Baluns from Niles Audio.

“This was definitely the best giveaway we have ever done,” said Bob Gartland, president of AVAD. “Our manufacturer partners benefited from the exposure, and the contest winners took home some of the most innovative and high-quality products on the market. It was a fantastic promotion for everyone involved.”

In order to enter the contest, participants had to visit the AVAD booth at CEDIA EXPO and complete a Vendor Visit Card where they had to also visit ten AVAD vendor booths to get their card stamped and return it to the AVAD booth before the end of the day to qualify for that day’s drawing. Prizes were given out each day during CEDIA EXPO, for a total of 47 prizes.
