Devices with an impedance of 32 Ω or less are assigned to the Normal Gain AMP, providing up to 5.5 Vrms on balanced output, while devices above 32 Ω are routed to the High Gain AMP, delivering up to 8.3 Vrms. This ensures optimal performance without requiring manual adjustment, allowing users to connect a wide variety of headphones with minimal setup.
Storage, Connectivity, and Display
The PD10 includes 256 GB of internal memory with microSD support up to 2 TB. Connectivity options include dual-band 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi, DLNA networking, USB digital audio output, and USB-C for data transfer and charging. The player can also function as an external DAC via Bluetooth or a direct USB connection to Mac or Windows PCs.
A 6-inch Full HD (1080×2160) touch screen provides a high-resolution display, and a LED ring around the power button indicates the bit-rate of the currently playing track.
