Advanced Media Announces The Availability of the RIDATA TOPY Mini Writer Offering Big Storage in a Very Small Package

C3 Booth 4446, NY — June 22, 2005 –Advanced Media, Inc. (RITEK USA), a subsidiary of RITEK Corporation, announced today the availability of its’ RIDATA TOPY Mini Writer product in North America. A sneak preview of this line was offered to booth visitors during CES and received great feedback. The TOPY Mini Writer features DataPlay discs – the smallest optical discs in the world. Visit the Advanced Media booth during C3 Expo June 28-30 2005 at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York City to see this new product.

The extremely small dimensions of the Mini Writer are 1.3″ X 1.65″ X 0.11″. Packaged with three free 500MB DataPlay optical discs to store data or as a backup for large files, the Mini Writer is hot pluggable and compatible with Win98/2k/XP, Mac 9.2.0 or Linux Kernel 2.4.0. operating systems. Drivers are available online at www.ritekusa.com. Additional blank 500MB write-once Dataplay media is available in convenient 5 or 10 disc packs. Popular street pricing ranges between $123 and $130 USD. Look forward to new larger capacity 750 MB and1 GB discs later this year.

The Mini Writer supports the USB 2.0 protocol, FAT 12/16 format and sleek Fashion ID design. With its large two-sided capacity of 500MB and great capability for consistent accurate recording, the write once, multi-session discs provide a dependable storage medium with a long archival life of up to 100 years safe storage under optimum conditions. A limited lifetime warranty is also included on all RIDATA brand media.

Besides the new TOPY product, the RIDATA brand includes a wide variety of CD and DVD optical discs, flash memory cards and flash memory card adapters, a USB 2.0 11-in-1 card reader, a thumb-size EZ drive portable storage device, and an assortment of optical and flash media accessories.
