LG Electronics wants to make you aware that many of its products are eco-conscious. Although they still run on electricity, efforts are made to make them more efficient, as well as using recycled and bio-degradable packaging.
2022 OLED TVs
The effect of TVs on the environment is definitely big, especially when they are disposed of in landfills, and of course, their cumulative power consumption.
LG is minimizing the environmental impact of its OLED TVs via eco-conscious design. These TVs feature lightweight and recyclable metal materials, as well as resins created from recycled plastic. LG’s OLED TVs are also up to 47% lighter than previous models, which reduces the carbon emissions generated from the delivery process.

LG’s soundbars are built using reclaimed materials and were honored by the EPA for their innovative sustainability. Each sound bar uses recycled fabric made from plastic bottles use and has been certified using the Global Recycled Standard. In addition, packaging for soundbar products is made with recycled pulp. The use of styrofoam and plastic bags has been curtailed to reduce CO2 emissions.
