Can pantec being a clone be converted into 2700 or is it just the original pansat that can be converted? Will the remote for pantec work for the converted 2700? Finally, I did some reading about conversion on different sites, but I'm getting confusing and inconsistent information. I would really appreciate if you guys can send me following info: what cable to use, what loader, what files and in what sequence. Thanks guys. |

Gold Member Username: AsharfiPost Number: 1096 Registered: Aug-06 | Yes, it's true that there will be NO files for PANSAT 2500 CLONES, such as FLUs, Pantecs, etc. From what I know, Pantecs are Pansat 2500 CLONES, am I right? If yes, then you can use my FLU-Pansat 2700 Converting Procedure and convert your unit to Pansat 2700. The remote should work! |

I hope it doesn't involve j-tagging as I'm comfortable in loading files but no j-tagging experience.
