Powerful Triumph Thruxton Motorcycle Plus Additional Prizes Offered to Installation Pros for Learning the MSC-400 Master System Controller

CEDIA EXPO, DENVER, Sept. 6, 2007 — Universal Remote Control, Inc., the leader in control system design and manufacturing for home and professional entertainment systems, has announced the start of a contest in which it will award a powerful Triumph Thruxton Motorcycle and additional valuable prizes to custom installation professionals. The Thruxton will be on display at CEDIA EXPO ’07, beginning here today.

URC’s Triumph with Control Contest is a virtual race in which participants can earn multiple Contest Entries to increase their chances of winning the Grand Prize Triumph Thruxton or any of a series of additional prizes. First and Second Place prizes will be awarded to the winners of monthly drawings in September, October and November. URC will award one Triumph Thruxton to the winner of a special Grand Prize drawing in mid-November.

The Triumph Thruxton is a faithful version of a Sixties racer, with adjustable front and rear suspension, aluminum rims and a floating front disc. It combines classic style and perfect proportions with a modern attitude and exhilarating, fluid performance. Its 865cc air-cooled power plant is the most powerful in Triumph’s twin-cylinder line-up. The sturdy, preload adjustable 41mm telescopic forks and twin rear shocks provide superb suspension and compliance. A fully floating 320mm front disc and twin-piston brake caliper contribute powerful, sensitive, braking performance._ The Thruxton captures the essence of the cafe racer, while its harder edge delivering real sporting character.

Installation professionals can earn Contest Entries by completing virtual Laps showing their knowledge of or experience with URC’s pioneering MSC-400 Master System Controller. Attending MSC-400 training sessions, live or through URC’s online Control Room, also earn Contest Entries toward the Grand Prize. Full contest details are available from URC. There is no cost to participate. Triumph Motorcycles Ltd is not a sponsor of this contest.

The Triumph Thruxton can be seen along with URC’s outstanding products in Booth 918, Colorado Convention Center, during the show.
