FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Chicago, IL (September 6, 2006)–Tripp Lite, a world-leading manufacturer of power protection equipment, will be exhibiting at CEDIA EXPO 2006, Booth #621. Recognized as the world’s number-one residential electronic systems industry show, CEDIA EXPO takes place this year in Denver’s Colorado Convention Center from September 13 to September 17, 2006.

Tripp Lite will be showcasing two new professional-grade audio/video power protection products: the HTRL15UPS Digital UPS System, named a 2006 Product of the Year by Electronic House magazine, and the HT7300PC Power Conditioning Center, a 2006 Resi Award Finalist. The HTRL15UPS features automatic voltage regulation and a large blue LCD status screen; the innovative HT7300PC features sequenced and individually controllable AC outlets and dual blue illuminated digital displays.

“The introduction of the new HTRL15UPS Digital UPS System and new HT7300PC Power Conditioning Center underscores Tripp Lite’s commitment to the professional audio/video market,” said Tripp Lite Executive Vice President Jim Folk. “We’re very pleased to be presenting these outstanding products at CEDIA EXPO, along with our full line of backup power, power conditioning and connectivity products for A/V applications.”

Tripp Lite will also offer a manufacturer’s technical training class for A/V professionals, “Backup Power System Integration in Audio/Video Applications.” The class, which will be offered from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, September 15, explains how Tripp Lite A/V power solutions may be integrated into Crestron, AMX, Control4, and LifeWare Media Centers. Class registration will be available at Tripp Lite’s Booth #621, and all who attend will receive a free gift.

“We’ll also be offering special product promotions at our booth throughout the show, ” Folk concluded. “This will be an ideal opportunity for A/V professionals to see our latest products, benefit from some valuable training and get special pricing on select products.”
