Sylvox Debuts World’s First 110-Inch 4K QLED Outdoor TV and Frameless Outdoor Series at CES 2026

Sylvox debuts the world’s first frameless outdoor TV at CES 2026, plus a 110-inch 4K QLED model built to survive sun, rain, sports nights, and backyard chaos.

Outdoor TVs have always been a compromise. Big bezels. Bulky enclosures. Screens that look more like industrial equipment than something you’d actually want hanging near a pool or patio. At CES 2026, Sylvox is taking a direct swing at that problem by introducing what it calls the world’s first frameless outdoor TV—and in the process, carving out a genuinely new category in a space that’s getting a lot more crowded.

The new Sylvox Frameless Outdoor TV Series is designed to disappear visually, letting the content and the outdoor experience itself take priority. With an ultra-narrow 1.5 mm bezel, a 95% screen-to-body ratio, and a chassis that’s up to 90% thinner than traditional outdoor TVs, this is a very different approach from the tank-like designs most consumers associate with weatherproof displays.

A Frameless Design Built for the Real World

Unlike indoor TVs pressed into outdoor duty (and quickly ruined by sun, moisture, or heat), the Frameless Series is purpose-built for life outside. It carries an IP56 rating for water and dust resistance, operates in temperatures ranging from -22°F to 122°F, and uses corrosion-resistant materials designed to survive rain, snow, humidity, salt air in coastal environments—and yes, the occasional flying object from an over-enthusiastic backyard gathering.

Picture quality is tuned for outdoor viewing rather than showroom theatrics. The Frameless models deliver 4K UHD resolution, advanced anti-glare technology, and brightness levels ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 nits, depending on the model—enough for patios, covered decks, and three-season rooms where glare control matters as much as raw brightness.

Google TV 5.0 powers the smart experience, with full access to major streaming apps and Google Assistant voice control, keeping the software side competitive with indoor premium TVs.

The 110-inch Statement Piece

Sharing the spotlight is Sylvox’s Cinema Pro 110-inch Helio QLED Outdoor TV, which remains the largest outdoor TV currently available. This one is less subtle and more “outdoor cinema flex,” pairing 4K QLED technology5,000 nits of brightness, advanced local dimming, and a 120Hz refresh rate that makes live sports the obvious use case.

Dolby Vision support and built-in 2 x 30W speakers with Dolby Atmos round out the package, creating a self-contained solution for large patios, rooftop decks, or commercial spaces where projection just isn’t practical—or bright enough.

Outdoor Living, Not Just Outdoor Displays

A key part of Sylvox’s CES presence is its partnership with Outer, showing these displays integrated into real outdoor environments rather than bolted onto sterile spec walls. The message is clear: outdoor TVs are no longer novelty items. As more consumers invest in covered decks, pergolas, and outdoor kitchens, watching movies, binge-worthy shows, and especially sports outside has gone mainstream.

A More Competitive Category Than Ever

The outdoor TV space has become noticeably more competitive over the past few years. Brands like Element and Skyworth are pushing aggressively on value, while premium players focus on brightness, durability, and installation flexibility. The reality is that outdoor TVs don’t get a free pass on design, but they also don’t get a second chance if they can’t survive the elements.

And “the elements” are not theoretical. We’re talking rain, snow, wind, blazing sun, salt air near the coast, insects with a death wish, curious animals, and the occasional baseball, pool toy, or beer bottle launched at an unfortunate trajectory.

The Bottom Line

Outdoor TVs live a harder life than anything in your living room. If a display can’t handle glare, heat, cold, moisture, and whatever chaos your guests (or kids) bring to the party, it doesn’t belong outside. Sylvox’s frameless approach proves you don’t have to choose between survival gear and good design—and at CES 2026, that’s a message the rest of the category can’t ignore.
