Delivers State-of-the-Art Sound Quality and Audio Control Features

SRS Labs announced today the upcoming availability of its all-new SRS HD Audio Lab (HAL). The feature-rich PC audio software is designed to turn any Windows-based computer into a personal concert hall or home theater, providing users with a great audio experience when listening to music or watching videos and movies on their PCs.

By utilizing an array of SRS' most advanced audio solutions, HD Audio Lab, which is compatible with all PC-based media players, optimizes the way sound is processed through PCs. Complete with an intuitive and visually stunning graphical interface, users can fully control and customize their systems to their listening preference by selecting their speaker or headphone setup and adjusting multiple audio settings through the advanced control panel. Audio purists will love how HAL restores clarity and overall fidelity to digital music, while at the same time improving speaker bass response, so music sounds more natural and notably closer to the original recording. Gamers and movie buffs will enjoy a more compelling and immersive entertainment experience through HAL's ability to render any stereo or surround content into stunning virtual three-dimensional surround sound via any speaker configuration or headphones.

“Computers play an integral role in our daily lives as, not only we use them for our daily work, we also use them as our personal juke boxes, video game consoles and movie theaters,” said Allen H. Gharapetian, Vice President of Marketing for SRS Labs. “SRS HD Audio Lab is the perfect addition to any PC, as it delivers the ability to completely control and fine tune any PC audio system to a user's specific needs and individual tastes.”

Having completed its limited beta-testing program on Monday June 21st, SRS HD Audio Lab is expected to be available for purchase beginning in July 2010 directly from SRS or through select retailers and online stores. PC users interested in test-driving HAL before purchase can download a free 30-day trial online at www.srslabs.com/store.
