Sony has released their middle-of-the-line EX640 Series Edge LED-backlit LCD HDTVs in 40-inch, 46-inch and 55-inch screen sizes. The range sits between the higher-end HX750 and HX850 3D HDTVs, and budget-friendly BX450 and BX330 series LCD HDTVs.
All EX640 series offer Internet-connectivity via Wi-Fi (adapter included) and Edge LED backlighting with Motionflow XR 240 processing, delivering brilliant Full HD 1080p resolution, and a Clear Resolution Enhancer providing a vivid, clear, life-like picture. By connecting to the internet, you can instantly access Full HD 1080p entertainment, 3D content and made-for-TV apps like Netflix, Pandora, YouTube, Facebook and many more.
Each model provides the ideal brightness and saves energy with a built-in Light Sensor that automatically optimizes the brightness based on the amount of light in the room. There is also a side USB input to share your home videos, vacation photos and more instantly on the big screen.
