Solid Signal Introduces Online Forums for Customers

May 1, 2007: WEST BLOOMFIELD, MI — With thousands of products and even more ways to use them, Solid Signal has introduced forums where company experts and customers can discuss news and products.

“From day one, Solid Signal has been helping customers find products to solve problems and enhance technology,” Jerry Chapman, Solid Signal founder said. “This forum will allow us to provide useful advice to help customers find technology to best meet their needs.”

Solid Signal works with both the consumer market as well as professional media installers. The forum will allow Solid Signal to provide comprehensive — and individual – advice about product selection and troubleshooting. It will also encourage consumers to provide advice and insight to other consumers.

“This forum encourages our customers around the country to talk with one another and share ideas and opinions,” Chapman said. “And we won’t be surprised if we end of learning something new here at Solid Signal.”

Topics for forums include Television Providers, Over The Air Television, DIRECTV, Dish Network, Cable Television, Satellite Radio, Sirius, New Products, Television Antennas, Cellular Reception Equipment and more.

Solid Signal was founded in 2002 to help customers find new solutions to enhance technology. The company is an Internet Retailer Top 500 and offers satellite, outdoor antenna, consumer electronics and commercial media. The company offers its customers thousands of products to help distribute high-quality, digital audio and video to a variety of different media outlets. Solid Signal offers advice for product selection, installation and troubleshooting to enhance customers’ experience and is also a CEDIA member, allowing the company to better serve professional media installers.
