Skyworth just crashed the 100-inch TV party at CEDIA 2025 with its new Canvas Elite Art TV line—and TCL, Hisense, Samsung, and LG might want to scoot over on the oversized sofa. Already the world’s fifth-largest TV maker, Skyworth has been showing off its outdoor Clarus models at CEDIA in recent years, but this time the brand is going full lifestyle flex.

The Canvas Elite lineup brings a 100-inch behemoth (with an 86-inch sibling for the slightly less committed) that blends massive scale, cutting-edge performance, and the kind of refined design aimed squarely at custom integrators and high-end living rooms.

Skyworth isn’t just tossing out a bigger slab of pixels with the Canvas Elite line—it’s trying to blur the line between home theater and gallery wall. The TVs feature OmniView Matte Screen technology, a proprietary three-layer surface co-developed with China’s BOE, that makes displayed art look like actual paintings or photographs instead of a glorified screensaver.

Samsung’s 2025 The Frame might want to check its rearview mirror—because Skyworth just showed up with a much larger canvas.

Under the hood, the Skyworth Canvas Elite (CE) line isn’t just about looking pretty on a wall—it’s packing serious display tech. With 4K UHD resolution, QD-Mini LED backlighting, over 1,000 local dimming zones, 2,000 nits of peak brightness, and a gamer-friendly 144Hz refresh rate, this set is as comfortable streaming prestige TV as it is handling fast-paced games or doubling as a digital art gallery.

To seal the deal, the Canvas Elite runs on Google TV OS, giving users access to thousands of streaming apps without bolting on another box. TCL, Hisense, and the rest of the gang may want to start sweating—Skyworth clearly came to CEDIA 2025 to play in the big leagues.
