Screen Research Launches North American Subsidiary

Nantes, France — November 26, 2007 — Screen Research, a world-class provider of innovative projector screen solutions for the custom home theater and professional markets, announced the company’s official expansion into the North American market. Screen Research USA will be located in Livermore, California and all domestic operations, including North American sales, marketing, order fulfillment and customer support will be driven from there.

Screen Research entered the North American custom home theater market in 2003 and has since experienced solid growth in the United States. Through an exclusive relationship with the Washington-based distributor St. John’s Group, Screen Research and its innovative screen solutions, including the award-winning ClearPix2 acoustically transparent screens, have become a well-respected leader in the US home theater market.

“St. John Group has helped to introduce Screen Research in the North American market, providing sales and marketing support over the past few years. We appreciate the role they have played in creating awareness for our products, and helping us begin to reach the growing home cinema market,” Screen Research Founder and CEO, Yves Trelohan expressed. “We are now ready to take the next step in the evolution of our business and in January 2008, we will transition our US sales and marketing to our new internal team. We have created a solid infrastructure and assembled an expert team to serve our North American dealers and their customers, and we will now be able to support them directly with training, technical expertise, sales and marketing tools, and exceptional customer service.”

Screen Research looks to strategically grow the company through a direct-to-dealer business model in the North American market. With the inception of Screen Research USA, as well as a strengthened internal sales and marketing team, welcoming Jim McGall and Lise Hannibal as Vice President of Global Sales and Executive Director of Global Marketing, respectively, the product line will be available through a select network of North American representatives and custom installation dealers. The new operation will assume distribution responsibilities for the U.S. beginning January 1, 2008.
