Expanded Tech Support Hours Reinforce “Committed to Custom” Initiative

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN –April 30, 2007 — Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI), the leader in innovative home system control solutions, is now offering extended tech support hours as part of its “Committed to Custom” initiative. The new hours of operation will be from 8am to 6pm CST. Previously they were 9am-5pm CST. C2C or “Committed to Custom” highlights RTI’s devotion to the custom installation market. RTI is a stand-out among a handful of remote control lines designed for and sold exclusively to custom installers.

“We are extending our current tech support hours to better serve our dealers nationwide,” stated Pete Baker, vice president of sales and marketing for RTI. “As part of our C2C pledge, expanding our service hours supports our commitment to customer service and being there for our dealers when they need us.”
