Origin Digital Completes Acquisition of Video Applications Company

Santa Monica, CA (June 12, 2007) — Origin Digital, Inc., a video applications service provider, today announced it has acquired the video software applications company, InterData Software, Inc. (IDS). The acquisition of IDS enables Origin Digital to extend its video and digital media solutions and further diversifies Origin’s geographic presence adding an office in Denver, CO.

“The acquisition of IDS ideally reinforces our capability to lead the market in digital media services, specifically the management and reporting of video and content,” said Darcy Lorincz, CEO of Origin Digital. “We are thrilled to be working with key members of the IDS management and engineering team and together look forward to continued growth and market share for our business in this burgeoning global Video ASP market.”

IDS was founded in 2001 and specialized in building integrated web marketing solutions, incorporating workflow, media buying and planning, creative insertion, ad delivery, and especially in strong reporting and tracking. The company created a comprehensive IP video management solution with proprietary technologies for brokering IP video delivery across platforms and channels. The medium and platform independent system will add to the foundation of Origin Digital’s Odaptor solution.

Origin Digital enables content creators, distributors and operators to extend their digital media presence, and launch broadcast quality programming quickly and efficiently across mediums and geographies. Providing a single source, Origin Digital offers virtual production, broadcast, and transformation applications that can be delivered across the company’s seamless global infrastructure. Building on a legacy of innovation, Origin Digital continues to be an industry originator. It was the first company to offer an on-line production center in the market; the first to launch a Video Serving Portal; and the first to deliver live pay-per-view entertainment over the Internet.
