Packed with Outstanding Features, Models Designed for Smaller-Sized Areas and Rooms

Note: Norcent products will be on display at 2008 International CES in the Central Hall, booth 15023

Norcent, a marketer of high-quality home entertainment and digital products, is highlighting two feature-packed LCD TVs in its lineup; the 19″ LT-1931 and 22″ LT-2231 during the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show. The smaller sizes are intended for consumers wanting quality and value oriented sets for smaller-sized room areas such as dorm rooms, offices, apartments, kitchens, bedrooms, workshops, garages and patios.

“For the past several years, manufacturers and marketers of television sets have been focused on the home entertainment segment, offering larger and larger sets,” remarked Rick Stans, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing. “This strategy leaves out consumers not interested in home entertainment systems or who want an HD set for a more confined area. These two new Norcent models fill the bill and offer superb picture quality and a rich feature package.”

High resolutions on both models offer a true High-Definition experience through an integrated digital tuner. The LT-2231serves up 1680 x 1050 resolution, the LT-1931, 1440 x 900 resolution. High contrast ratios of 1000:1 (LT-2231) and 800:1 (LT-1931) add to picture clarity.

TV reception on both is provided by a built-in ATSC, NTSC, Clear-QAM tuner. Easy setup is assured on each set with an HDMI input, which delivers uncompressed, crystal-clear digital video and audio through only one cable.

Other common features include component, S-video, and composite video inputs; a 2D digital comb filter for accurate color processing; 300 cd/m2 brightness; trilingual on-screen menu; convenient sleep timer and favorite channel selection.

Pricing and Availability
The Norcent LT-1931 LCD TV has an estimated street price of $299.99, while the LT-2231 has an estimated street price of $379.99. Both are available now.
