Norcent, a marketer of high-quality home entertainment and digital products, will introduce the newest member of its widescreen LCD-TV lineup, the 42″ LT-4231P, at the 2008 International CES in Las Vegas. The unit offers full high-definition for the ultimate enjoyment of HD digital video and audio programming.

Its 1920 x 1080 resolution delivers the full high-definition experience through an integrated digital tuner. Reception is provided by built-in ATSC (over-the-air content), NTSC, and Clear-QAM (unencrypted digital channels) tuners. A 3D digital comb filter assures accurate color processing.
Tremendous multi-media input versatility is provided with the HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) input, which offers uncompressed 100% digital video and multichannel audio via just one cable; component video; S-video; composite video (rear and side), and PC with audio inputs. Audio is supplied by two 15W speakers. It also features versatile Dolby Digital technology for enhanced audio enjoyment.
Other features include a high-contrast ratio of 2000:1; a brightness level of 500 Cd/m2; nearly side-to-side 178-degree viewing; 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, and 1080p signal compatibility; trilingual (English, French, Spanish) on-screen menu; convenient sleep timer; parental control; and wall-mounting capability (mount not included).
Pricing and Availability
The 42″ Norcent LT-4231P widescreen LCD-TV has an estimated street price of $1,299.99 and will be available for shipping March 2008.
