Loewe announced the Soundbox which provides music playback from CDs, iPod/iPhone and radio. Two four-inch full range speakers and two digital stereo amplifiers give the Soundbox a full, rounded sound. Song titles saved as MP3 files and radio station RDS information are displayed on the integrated display along with the time. Music from iPod/iPhone can be played when docked and CDs will play when inserted through the top slot. Additional sources can be connected via the USB, Aux-In and headphone jacks.
The top inset, under which the integrated CD drive with slot-in mechanism is concealed, is interchangeable, allowing customized colors to match any interior.
Price and Availability
The Loewe Soundbox is expected to be available October 2011 in the UK for £399.

Loewe has added three new colors — orange, green and beige.
