LiveVox Awarded “Best of Show” at the ICCM Conference

LiveVox Voice Portal Wins “Best of Show” for Contact Distribution System

SAN FRANCISCO, CA– (August 23, 2006) — LiveVox, Inc., the industry’s first contact center carrier, today announced that the LiveVox Voice Portal has won the “Best of Show” award at the ICCM conference in the Contact Distribution System category. LiveVox’s Voice Portal integrates the application, network and transport layers on an IMS-based architecture in order to provide a hosted, uniquely tailored contact center solution.

The award was judged by a panel of independent industry analysts, consultants, editors and writers, among several other contact distribution system solutions. The criteria for the award were ease of integration, implementation, system quality, customer service features, and return on investment. The LiveVox Voice Portal won for its bundled and embedded technologies, which help clients implement and update their call center voice solution faster and easier and with the industry’s highest ROI.

“The awards programs recognize the companies and individuals that are truly at the forefront of innovation and leadership in the contact center industry. We are thrilled to honor them for their outstanding achievements,” said Suzanne Graf, event director at Questex Media Group, the ICCM show managers.

With IMS-based applications on a SIP backbone, LiveVox can deliver its voice solution to clients faster and with the lowest total cost of ownership in the market, compared to any network or premise-based solution. LiveVox’s IMS-based architecture allows for vertical integration of all layers of inbound and outbound voice application solutions, including application, network and transport. Adding to LiveVox’s original offering of inbound/self service and outbound dialing, LiveVox’s customized Voice Portal also offers Automatic Call Distribution (ACD).

“We created the LiveVox Voice Portal because there was a void in the industry for a more comprehensive and cost effective solution,” said Louis Summe, CEO of LiveVox. “This award further supports our leadership positioning in the industry — offering a truly differentiated solution.”
