LIVEVOX APPOINTS VICE PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING

Executive to Help Leverage New Generation IMS-Based On Demand Voice Portal

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — (April 17, 2007) — LiveVox, an on-demand voice portal company, today announced the appointment of Sudhir Kulkarni as vice president of engineering. In this position, Kulkarni will oversee the design and development of LiveVox’s integrated inbound and outbound Voice Portal platform.

“LiveVox is experiencing rapid growth — customer call volume is up 600 percent over what it was a year ago — and we need to expand our leadership team to address the market opportunity,” said Louis Summe, CEO and co-founder of LiveVox. “Undoubtedly, Sudhir’s extensive experience in designing and delivering quality products built with customer needs in mind will prove to be an invaluable asset as this growth continues.”

Kulkarni brings more than 15 years of experience in building, developing, managing and delivering high-quality products in diverse areas such as middleware, system management tools, database kernels and operating systems. Most recently, as managing director of Informatica India, he was responsible for delivering products and services through the development and integration of innovative technologies. Prior to joining Informatica, Kulkarni was vice president of engineering at Certive Inc., and has also led engineering teams at BMC and Oracle. He holds an M.S. from Indian Institute of Technology at Madras and a B.S. at Regional Engineering College at Warangal.

“It goes without saying; this is an exciting time to join LiveVox,” said Kulkarni. “LiveVox’s success is, in a large part, due to the fact that the company closely listens to what its customers need and then rapidly delivers those capabilities in its Voice Portal platform. Being able to quickly translate customer demands into new product features creates a highly dynamic, challenging environment for a development team. I’m looking forward to doing my part to sustain the momentum with new products that not only meet, but exceed, customers’ expectations.”
