Cable and Connectivity Specialist Increases Staff and
Technical Expertise Available to Still Growing A/V Market

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, Apr. 7, 2008 — Liberty Wire & Cable, worldwide supplier of a broad range of wire and cable products for the audio/video trade, including custom installers and systems integrators, has announced a major expansion of its Customer Service Department in response to a continuing surge of growth in demand for its 7,000-plus products.

The National Customer Service Department’s staff has been expanded to a total of 18 professionals serving at its headquarters in Colorado Springs. This allows Liberty to handle a greater volume of calls, and process orders faster and more accurately.

“Our expanded Customer Service Department allows us to respond to more calls more quickly, meeting the increase in our customers’ orders and technical needs in a timely manner,” said Mike Foster, Liberty Customer Service Manager. “It also reflects Liberty Wire & Cable’s substantial growth as a leader in the A/V industry, and its continuing investment in the A/V marketplace.”

Liberty’s Customer Service Department is built around a corps of highly knowledgeable, dedicated, responsive, and solution-driven professionals. Trained to help both residential and commercial customers select the right product for the right application, they are familiar with Liberty’s 7,000-plus products, domestic and international shipping methods, and Liberty’s numerous special services, such as custom assemblies and dealer-identification cable printing. The department’s expansion will help the company sustain growth by maintaining its ability to deliver products in 48 hours or less, with 99 percent accuracy.
