Kreisen Expands Consumer Electronic Retail Presence with Addition of Costco and Amazon

San Jose, CA May 25 2005 Striving to improve the visual experience in living rooms and conference rooms everywhere, Kreisen (www.kreisen.com), the manufacturers of quality affordable high definition television displays, today announced that its line of high definition (HD) LCD televisions is available immediately at Costco Wholesale Corporation (www.costco.com) and Amazon.com (www.amazon.com). Costco will showcase Kreisen’s flagship 40-inch and 37-inch models. The entire line of 17- to 40-inch displays is available to consumers online at Amazon.com.

“The addition of Costco and Amazon to our growing list of retail channel partners is part of our goal to make cutting-edge LCD technology affordable and accessible to the general public,” said Samson Lee, CEO of Kreisen. “Costco and Amazon consumers have long understood they don’t need to sacrifice quality or features for affordability and our latest LCD line breaks new ground in price-performance. The selection of our LCD line by these popular retail giants is a strong vote of confidence in the quality and value our products deliver”

With a growing demand for LCD television displays, Kreisen’s recently released LCDs have already won much praise in the industry. The entire line features slim designs and modern stylings that enhance any home or office decor. Their advanced technology- including high contrast ratios, high aspect ratios, and fast response times- is matched with equally impressive pricing. MSRP is set at $1,499 for the 32-inch and $2,999 for the 40-inch.

According to the Consumer Electronic Association, total sales of LCD TVs for 2005 are projected to reach $3B, up from $2B in 2004. Kreisen plans to accelerate the adoption of LCD technology by continuing to partner with retail giants like Costco and Amazon.

Additionally, Kreisen LCD TVs are already available at popular consumer electronic retailers like DataVision (www.datavis.com), MicroCenter (www.microcenter.com), eCost (www.ecost.com), eBuyer (www.ebuyer.com), Target (www.target.com), and TigerDirect (www.tigerdirect.com).
