AVAD Plans Dealer to Builder Exhibit at Pacific Coast Builders Conference 2005 Booth #7127

Ft. Lauderdale, FL — May 13, 2005 — The Dealer To Builder (D2B) program is continuing its Western swing this spring, as AVAD LLC, America’s leading distributor of custom electronic home systems follows TBX 2005 (May 19-20) in Phoenix with an impressive showing at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference in San Francisco, California (May 31 — June 3, 2005). AVAD will take up residence in booth #7127 in the “Tech-connect” section of the Moscone Center.

“A show such as PCBC 2005 gives AVAD an excellent opportunity to network with some of the nation’s leading homebuilders,” said Joe Piccirilli, managing director of AVAD, LLC. “Our goal with the Dealer to Builder program is to connect and educate homebuilders and electronic systems contractors around the country in order to meet the growing demand for home technology in the builder channel.”

AVAD’s Dealer to Builder initiative revolves around an experienced corps of CEDIA-certified installers specially trained to integrate state-of-the-art and easy-to-use electronic systems into new and existing homes. The program serves to recruit, train and certify installers who meet specified criteria to later team them up with homebuilders in their territories. Builders are guaranteed that the electronic system contractor that AVAD recommends is the best qualified to create the most reliable solutions for homeowners’ evolving technology-based lifestyles.

About PCBC

A brainchild of the California Building Industry Association, PCBC is an annual trade show that serves residential builders on the west coast. Held each year in the Moscone Center in San Francisco, PCBC draws over 27,000 homebuilders, developers, architects, product manufacturers and consultants to the industry. In 2003, Tradeshow week magazine named PCBC as one of the 50 fastest growing tradeshows in North America. This year’s event will feature over 600 leading manufacturers of building materials whose exhibits will spread over 200,000 square feet of convention floor space.
