Arxceo Launches Ally Channel Program to Provide VARs with Revenue and Business Growth Opportunities in Security Market

ICM Corporation and Tiburon Enterprises Join Ally Channel Program to Leverage Benefits of Anti-Reconnaissance Network Security Technology

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. and LAS VEGAS – May 21, 2007 — Arxceo Corporation, a provider of anti-reconnaissance and anomaly behavioral-based attack prevention technology, today announced at INTEROP (Booth #1107) the company has launched the Ally Partner Program complete with three levels of partner affiliation. Arxceo’s Ally Channel Program offers Elite, Premier and Alliance levels. These levels provide an array of benefits to resellers who provide network security services and are interested in providing lower cost, easier-to-manage products with the addition of Arxceo’s Ally anti-reconnaissance security appliances.

Ally Elite level partners offer complete solutions from pre-sales to delivery and technical support, and have dedicated security and security-related business focuses. Elite partners receive the highest base discounts (starting at 30% off the list price), maximum discounts on multi-unit sales, co-branded marketing resources, marketing ‘soft dollar credits’, in-depth training and trade show support.

The Ally Premier level is designed for partners that offer more general products and services, but also have a line of business focused on security. Premier partners receive aggressive discounts on products and large volume deals, as well as co-branded resources, marketing soft dollars and training and sales support. Ally Alliance is an entry-level program for organizations that sell Arxceo products by sales referral, affiliation programs or single-unit opportunities. Alliance partners are rewarded on a commission basis.
