I have dish 1000+ pointed to 119, 118 and 110 with dishpro lnbs. In file 203 i used to get all transponders on 118 using setting universal 9750-10750(please note: I did not get all the channels by using auto scan I had to add some channels manually by using manual scan add missing vertical transponders by subtracting the channel transponder by 24600. i.e if transponder 12033 was missing I would subtract 24600-12033=12567 and I would see good signal and get the missing channels). But now this doesn't work I don't get signal at all. Every time I change channel I would loose the signal of the other transponder, and then when I do manual scan that missing signal channel would come back.. but when change channel again I would loose the other again. Please don't tell me something is wrong with my settings or something is wrong in my wiring.. Because I know it works on files 203 and previous ones.. This is definitely a software issue. It's strange kbox should automatically figure out the missing transponder settings for dish pro lnbs and dish pro dish like nfusion and pansat does. I am not winning but I just wish coders listen to my request and fix this problem. I wish file 203 works because this new files suck bad and it's really frustrating. |

Silver Member Username: Pannu16Post Number: 898 Registered: May-06 | John i am havin exactly same problem on 91 nimiq.. everythin was on and now bad or no signal but if i put 203 bin its a good signal.. i have also used the same theory of adding 5 to transponders frequency to get signals and scanned manually.. did ya get any solution yet!! i tried turnin auto TP off but it gets on again and again!! |

Platinum Member Username: NydasPost Number: 16615 Registered: Jun-06 | Menu and then in Configuration, do a system reset, including erasing all channels. Use 0 0 0 0 for PIN. Then rescan. Switch off, switch on and wait till connection on (Menu/configuration/network). After that rescan your sats and you will be OK. Don't hurry. Be very patient. |

I can ping the Kbox... from remote computers... Occasionally there is an error that states: Version 1.62 is available for download... (the download always fails)... I suspect that is where the error exists... |

Verizon does not block any ports as a company policy... If KBox now all of a sudden wants to communicate on a different port, wouldn't it be wise to at least inform their customers? It's not a port issue... Their server(s) are not answering the call. |
