Sandman: You forgot that all lower case will be ignored. You should be getting yours when your turn comes - apparently they are at "Q" now. Of course, if you already received yours under "A" for *SS, then you are OK with the new setup - i.e. if you are paying your monthly bill to Dish.
By the way, they are not yet at "W" as in "White", but if you have had changed your name to "Black" you would have been OK. Unfortunately your head is still in sand as in "Sandman" or "man in sand".
