No indian channel on 119

New member Username: Borbar77Indio, Ca Usa Post Number: 4 Registered: Jan-08 | Nalinbhai I have pansat 2500 a receiver and my dish was setting at 61.5 since zee gujarati moved so i moved my dish to 110 and 119.my dish set up for anik f 3 is lna type - standard freq - 10750 and tp 12033. i did the blind scan and i got only zee sport no other indian channal.nalinbhai can you help please to get my indian channal back. |

LNB freq 9750 to 10750 6. first TP 11715 7. do blind scan Now do the 119W 1. LNB freq 11250 2. LNB type Universal or standard (try both) 3. First TP 12224 V or 12239 H 4. Do blind scan Happy viewing. |

Platinum Member Username: NydasPost Number: 11622 Registered: Jun-06 | Where-ever you can buy FTA and Sat related equipment, you can get a CB2008A LNB. It is about $20-25. You may have minor bracket problems. Why don't you do a Google search for it and order it by mail if you are not located in a big city. You will need to know the size of dish and if it is under 30", get a 33" dish. some places are selling a combination 33" dish and CB2008A. Make sure you look at the instructions. I have already posted for you the Antenna setup you will need. Time has come for you to do some search and install the right equipment. |

New member Username: YogibabaPost Number: 7 Registered: Feb-07 | Nalin, I have similar problem getting quality on 119.0W. Eventually I have to get a 118.7w for Indian channel. I have a 30" Disc ( Bigger Size), Single port Digiwave Universal LNB, Viesat Ultra Receiver. I just want to have Indian Channel. I can easily receive signal for 110 and 119 nicely from my balcony. I tried this with 18" disc before. So that is the reason i bought 30" disc to get 118.7 for indian channel. Now what setting should i do to get a 118.7.? or just infirm me from scratch the procedure to get this angle 118.7. Thanks in advance to all. |

Platinum Member Username: NydasPost Number: 11711 Registered: Jun-06 | 118.7W - Anik 3 and 119W - Echo 7 are to be pointed alike as stated for 119W. You need a 30-33" Dish and a special LNB for both. The one described above is OK. You first Scan for 118.7 channels. first you scan for 118.7W LNB tpe - Universal or circular LNB Freq - 9750 to 10750 1st TP - 11715 (V). You can add all the TPs as per Lyngsat, but that is not necessariy, if you do a Blind Scan Next Scan 119W, with the following settings LNB type - Standard or Universal LNB freq 11250 1st TP 1224 (V) or 12239 (H) Do a blind scan. You can, id you want to, set up another slate in your antenna list e.g. Echo 9 slate as one of the two above and keep the two scans separate but they must both be set to same DisEqC port. |
