Not really "up"..it actually has many problems...its constant freezing and rebooting..answer is yes its up, if ya call that watching TV for couple seconds/minutes at a time...need a new fix, and who knows if/when that'll happen..
Don't change chanells directly. Change them via EPG i.e go an dup and down uising EPG button on favourite channels and select the one you want. That way there will be less freezes.
