Can someone help me with something regarding BEV? I currently have the BEV dish hooked up and i have the receiver that Bell gave me and everything is working fine. I was wondering if i hook up a viewsat extreme with the existing dish and scan the channels will it work?
Thank you for ur help.

1. You DON'T move the Dish.
2. Depending upon the LNB, you may have power supply problem - Viewsat powering your LNB may have difficulties if there is DP34 switch as well. If there is DP34 switch, keep your BEV receiver connected and ON all the time on output port 1 and add your viewsat to output port 2,3, or 4.

3. Read everything you need to at:

4. Get instructions and files from there.

I have one of my fortecs converted into PUFF hooked up to the BEV dish and the BELL ExpressVU hooked up to the same dish.. I can use one or the other .. Just change the settings on your TV using remote for TV/VIDEO to either VIDEO 1 or 2 or what ever is says for your setting are. For BEV receiver use video 1 and the FTA receiver use video 2. that simple. Its the same concept as you would hook up a DVD player or VCR.. etc.

You can use a Sat. splitter too, if you dont want a new cable.
I dont recommend it, because Bev receiver send status on signal and Quality by phone line
