There is no flaw in any BIN except that all of them handle things differently. The viewsat BINs handled the autoroll query differently, had a big problem and new BINs were posted. Pansat BINs cana do effectively allow autoroll downlod with autoroll turned off and prevent any tweaking of keys most of th etime. Yhe problems expereince by Pansat 2700 owners and by many of the conversion 263 BINs are minor and sporadic and very often due to the wrong BIN in case of the conversions.
