I hope someone can help me. I had 148 before but last weekend I changed to 118. Currently I have 110,119,118 and 129. For some odd reason I am not getting on EPG on all international channel. I used to get EPG on all international channel when I was using 148 (off course I didn't had Star channel).
Any suggestion, what should i do to get EPG again.
rick, just use 121 satelite in your satellite selection. What I mean is you are still aiming at 118 but go to your satellite selection and select 121 use the EchoStar 9 (121w) Satfile and For the people using the Dish 1000+ or Dish 500+. Just add the 2 TP freq. 11715 and 11728 on the EchoStar 9 and dont delete any of the TP Freq. of the EchoStar 9. Then Do a Channel Scan make sure the Network search is ON. Then if you see some TP freq. did not scan any channel, Turn OFF network search and Edit the TP FEC to AUTO then SCAN . I scaned 118 and I wasn't getting epg so, I just used 121 satelite info and boom epg is there. You will not lose any ch. that is on 118
Dish EPG Scan and watch one of the channels. turn off receiver with switch at back, then turn it on. let the EPG roll in. Some receivers have internal settings for allowing EPG and setting it. consult the manual.
