I have a Sony SAT-HD100 sat receiver that I am pretty sure is suffering the effects of over-heating. When looking at signal strength on a known good box I have a 90 to 95 and on this Sony only a 30 to 45. I also do not receive any off air HD channels with a known good antenna lead.
I know that over-heating a Mitsubishi HD box results in similar effects so putting all this together...
With all of that stated does anyone happen to know how to repair this box?
